Shipping Policy


At this time, we only provide shipping within Canada. Shipping methods and rates are shown during the checkout process before completing your order. All estimated delivery times provided on this website are based on delivery information provided by the courier, and are subject to change. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and the delivery address CANNOT be altered.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITIES

1. As a sender, our commitments are the following:

  • Ensuring proper packaging of the purchased items,
  • Utilizing the shipping method made by you during checkout,
  • Applying the delivery address specified by you at checkout,
  • Affixing the shipping label securely to the package, and
  • Notifying you with relevant information and the package's tracking number via email.

Once a package has been confirmed as accepted by the courier, our responsibility for it ceases. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for any loss, misplacement and/or damage of the package during transit for items purchased in excess of $100.00. Therefore, we urge customers to contemplate extra insurance from external sources for items exceeding $100.00.

In the event of a shipping complication, we will work with the recipient and carrier to help resolve any arising issues. No refunds or replacements are provided for shipments that have not arrived as a result of factors outside our control.

2. As a receiver, you are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Providing us with your accurate shipping information is important, as we (the sender) are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect address. If the carrier has to return the shipment, the customer will be liable for all associated costs.
  • Have access to, and read, all emails and/or notifications sent by us (sender) and/or courier regarding your order's shipment.
  • Stay up to date on the delivery of your order by tracking with the provided tracking number, and
  • Coordinating collection of the shipment when you are unable to collect the delivery on the day indicated in the email notification.

1. REGUAL SHIPPING

Orders below $199.00 will have a shipping cost calculated according to their weight, which will be visible at checkout before the order is finalized. Customers can select from the available shipping methods upon submitting their address.

2. FREE SHIPPING

​​Orders totalling $199.00 or more are eligible for free shipping. This will be calculated and deducted from the checkout total after any applicable discounts, but before taxes. Orders sent with complimentary delivery are typically delivered within 3-9 business days via Canada Post Regular Parcel™.

3. IN-STORE PICKUP

You can opt to pick up your order from the store without incurring a shipping cost; simply follow the outlined steps:

  • Order through the eStore, selecting the 'Pick Up' option in the Delivery section during checkout.
  • Following the order, wait to receive an email or phone notification confirming the order is ready for collection.

The sender reserves the right to alter any aspect of this Shipping policy, including but not limited to revisions, revocations, modifications, amendments, and additions, at any time with no prior notice.
